The Pumpkin Patch at Hayes House is a wonderful field trip opportunity for area students. While families come to the Pumpkin Patch on the weekends, teachers can book field trips at the Pumpkin Patch Monday – Thursday during the school days October 4-28.
The petting zoo, hayrides, chance to explore the pumpkin patch and the corn crib with games and art projects provide a fall fest outing that takes the classroom outside for a day.
Aimed at PreK-6 graders, the stations on the site provide space for classrooms to come on the same date and time without feeling crowded.
Students are welcome to come with picnic lunches to join us on the grounds for lunch.
